Release of our Citrus Grisette – Line CE – Grapefruit/ Lemon refreshment

CITRUS GRISETTE – 3.5% ABV – BELGIAN LINE CE – Lemon zest and pink grapefruit

As the summer approaches its peak, At Lines we have decided to make a summer fruity blend. Looking to combine a soft juicy grisette, with a wheat and oat body. Using a saison strain to leave some delicious sweet spice in the background.

The beer, we class as a fruit grisette, lemon zest and grapefruit conditioned summer Belgian beer. Tart and fruity sour/ grisette blend.

There will be over 20% back blend from our sour back, creating a lovely refreshing tartness.

The beer will be conditioned using fructose from pink grapefruit juice and fresh saison yeast
